1、 Characteristics of Zinc Alloy

3. Surface treatment can be carried out: polishing, electroplating, spraying, spray painting, painting, drip painting, glue dripping, screen printing, laser marking.

4. During melting and die casting, it does not absorb iron, does not corrode the mold, and does not stick to the mold.

5. It has excellent mechanical properties and wear resistance at room temperature.

6. Low melting point, melts at 385 ℃, easy to die cast.

2. Surface treatment:

a. 3. Installation method:

a. Drilling method: Make two holes with a diameter of 2-5MM on the surface of the label, and then use screws, nails, and rivets.

b. Foot making technique: Two feet can be formed on the back of the label, which can be installed by the customer using a snap ring or by tapping inside or outside the feet. The customer can then fix them with screws and nuts.

c. Adhesive method: Double sided tape can be used to directly stick on the label, or customers can use A, B glue, hot melt glue, strong glue, 502 to directly stick on the panel during use (small labels, lighter, thinner ones can be done this way)
